Before specifying equipment, a turnkey project needs clear boundaries. Here's how we handle the questions that come up most:
Filling, capping, sealing, and labelling machinery for bottle, cup, and tube/bag formats is engineered and manufactured in-house. Supporting equipment — conveyors, cap sorters, CIP systems, palletizers — is specified and integrated as part of the line. We confirm exactly what's self-manufactured for your specific line during the quotation stage.
Primarily packaging — from empty-container handling through secondary packaging. For some product categories scope can extend upstream (our soybean milk lines, for example, include extraction). Tell us your process from raw material to finished product and we'll confirm what's in scope.
In most cases, yes — we regularly design lines where a customer's existing filler, labeler, or case packer works alongside new EDELSTEIN equipment. Share your existing equipment's specs during quotation so we can confirm compatibility. See our FAQ for more on mixed-vendor lines.
Capacity and footprint are engineered per project — the lines below give a sense of range across formats. Tell us your target output and available floor space and we'll scope the layout accordingly.
